Terms of Electronic Invoicing for INSET s.r.o.
Since 2020, INSET s.r.o. accepts invoices through the following methods:
Electronically to the data box (ID data box: 6ccsnfh)
Electronically to the email address: faktura@inset.com
By mail, courier, or personal delivery to the address: Lucemburská 1170/7, 130 00 Prague 3.
In the case of choosing the electronic form through the data box or email box, all the conditions below must be met:
The electronic invoice must be in PDF or ISDOC(X) format.
The invoice, including attachments, must be sent within one email.
If the invoice is sent by a VAT payer, it must comply with the requirements of the tax and accounting document according to Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax and Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting, as amended.
The invoice must include the order number, order details, or the name of the purchaser.
